Amazon’s TSE Operations ensures to provide a trustworthy shopping experience to all our customers WW. As part of TSE, the analytics team work with different programs that improve seller experience and reduce seller risk on Amazon platform. We are looking for a Program Manager in the analytics team that will helps us drive various transformative projects across multiple programs. The person is expected to be technically inclined but also needs to have a balance of operations and business understanding to develop project charter that can drive business or operations team goals using data.
You will be responsible for assessing pain point of operations teams, evaluate need of new features or improving existing ones, collaborate with respective product team to incorporate requirements in tech charter.
A PM in the analytics team should have problem-solving skills, writing skills and a track record of on-time delivery of global projects. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, create and maintain efficient processes, and will not only execute on the required skills but also be able to influence, educate, and drive results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. This candidate will also think strategically and analytically about business challenges, and can effectively communicate recommendations to senior leadership.
Key job responsibilities
Develop analytics use cases by gathering business requirements and work with various teams such as transformation, capacity planning, operations, audit operations, data engineering, tech and product teams and drive projects.
Monitor project plans, secure resources, drive change management strategies, and collaborate effectively to achieve project goals
Drive best practices within the team in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation
Effectively communicates – understands who needs information, what information is needed, who would provide that information, and when is the information needed. Is also able to write good narratives and business cases.
Anticipating bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade offs and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
Remaining flexible to changing priorities, being open to new ideas and have the customer success firmly as the focus.

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
