Prioritize resolution to drive stakeholder experience

Hand hold multiple brands by supporting on inventory inbound

Work with external Ops stake holders to troubleshoot inbound issues

Primary contact for any brand escalation on catalogue / inventory / Ops / payment related issues
Basic Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience

Bachelor’s degree
-
Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Experience with Excel
