We are looking for a motivated individual to join the India Inventory Health team and build innovative solutions for our vendors & liquidators with the help of data driven critical thinking.

The role will cater to handling delivery experience for vendor returns which will involve extensive stakeholder management and making robust delivery plans with external partners such as carriers and sellers

We are looking for a candidate who can drive below:

1. Use analytical thinking to identify cost saving opportunities on optimizing return deliveries to partners, identify process gaps and aid decision making.

2. Use data insights to identify and build automated solutions for manual processes

3. Support manual processes requiring automation

4. Suggest and drive process improvements and programs

5. Work extensively with external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of planned deliveries

6. Build automated reports with minimal / no person dependencies Responsibilities Include:

• Provide data and analytics to the inventory health team for measuring performance metrics

• An ideal candidate will demonstrate strong deep dive, invent & simplify and end-to-end ownership of project delivery

• Person should be strong in modular approach to problem solving and break down complex situations to simple problem statements

-Manage engagement with senior stakeholders across multiple teams

-Manage, track and report on shipment delivery, prevention of rejects of vendor returns

-Drive process improvements via improvement in developing predictive models on carrier attempts and lead times

-Own and launch new initiatives to improve vendor, liquidator and seller experience

-Weekly operational metrics review and financial reporting

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English

• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, retail or advertising
