Amazon Hiring for Sourcer Recruiter at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Full Time

Responsible for all levels of talent acquisition, recruiting, university programs and recruitment programs, procedures, and plans. Serve as consultant and partner staying current on business and market trends, assisting on both the strategic and tactical level. Possesses understanding of client needs and hiring conditions external and internal. Provides advice, expertise and assistance to all levels of personnel both internal and external on various recruiting/talent acquisition related issues. Serves as trusted member of HR organization driving great partnerships with internal & external customers. Should do extensive partnering with all client facing recruiters and point of contact(s) within the team(s) they support to stay up to speed on hiring needs and conditions.

Provides sourcing and candidate generation to hiring managers across multiple teams, organizations and locations. May be responsible for client lead/candidate closing as part of the talent acquisition process.

Handles all open requisitions for defined area of responsibility or client group(s).

Meets with hiring managers and candidates virtually/in person on regular basis. Takes part in client/candidate management through interviewing, assessment and extending offers on behalf of Amazon.com. Demonstrates the ability to scale with hiring teams, driving new creative strategies, playing a more strategic role in recruitment process.

Meets established metrics for sourcing, offers and hires as related to level, position and business group. Also maintains accept/decline data on offers extended and meets goals on number of annual hires relative to level and metrics.

Demonstrates use of multiple channels in sourcing outside of typical job board and resume posting. Possesses a good understanding of requirements gathering and sourcing avenues. Understands and drives creative strategic solutions within multiple groups and/or locations. Understands market conditions as related to client group.

Basic Qualifications

• 6+ months of human resources experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (especially Excel)
• Graduation in any stream

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of human resources experience
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Talent sourcing for high volumes
