Amber was founded by IIT-KGP alumnus and has been backed by leading investors/angels. amber being an international student accommodation marketplace has an extensive team for B2C sales which is responsible for generating revenues from properties across the world by booking the students in their properties and maintaining a relationship with them. We are looking for enthusiastic sales representatives to join our team.

Individual Responsibilities-

• Plan, execute and oversee incoming and outgoing calls and develop process improvements to improve the quality and effectiveness of calls when required.
• Provide feedback to the leadership on agents’ skills and work approach.
• Participate in designing call monitoring formats. Perform call monitoring and provide trend data to the management team.
• Compile and analyze statistical data.
• Investigate customer complaints and service issues.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met.
• Conduct Calibration sessions in sync with the QA team
• Present Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Assessments of the Teams performance.

Skills Required-

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner to agents.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Experience–

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the field of Sales/quality check for sales-driven organisations.
