We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Tech Lead to join our team. As the Full Stack Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of our software applications, as well as mentoring and guiding the development team. You will also work closely with the product management, Architect team to ensure that our applications meet business requirements and user needs.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the development of our web-based applications, using a variety of front-end and back-end technologies.
• Collaborate with product management to define and prioritize application features and requirements.
• Design and implement scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure that code standards and best practices are followed.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
• Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes and practices.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development and share knowledge with the team.
• Drive innovation and implement new technologies to improve the quality and efficiency of software development processes.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Overall, 8-12 years of experience – minimum of 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role. 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Must have skills: Strong technical expertise in front-end technologies such as React, Redux, JavaScript, CSS and back-end technologies such as Java-J2ee, Node.js, Rest Webservices. Cloud-based technologies as Azure.
• Good to have skills: Experience on .Net, IBM Maximo, Oracle PL/SQL
• Technical Leadership: A Full Stack Tech Lead must have strong leadership skills to manage and mentor a team of developers, provide technical guidance and support, and foster a collaborative team culture. This includes effective communication skills, the ability to delegate tasks, and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Agile and DevOps Practices: Solid understanding Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, including continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), automated testing, and deployment processes.
• Communication and Collaboration: Should have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI designers, and QA testers.
• Problem Solving: Should be able to identify and solve complex technical problems, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions based on data and user feedback.
• Continuous Learning: A Tech Lead should be committed to continuous learning and staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time.

Reporting Relationships:

Will report to a senior level engineer or technical manager and has no direct reports. 

Working Conditions:

The work environment will primarily be an air-conditioned office setting requiring the employee to sit for prolonged periods while concentrating on a computer screen.
