Overview of Role:

Responsible for creating the CI roadmap for F&A processes using VSM, Design Thinking, Process Re-engineering tools/techniques.

Mentor & Execute projects (co-created, crowd sourced) to yield efficiencies in the business and drive E2E metrics improvement.

Enhancing maturity of GBS organization by making it cost efficient and delivering comprehensively on E2E processes including Data analytics and Decision-making support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Synergies across processes serviced at Global Delivery Hubs to achieve Utilization efficiencies and Cross-training of resources

• Driving Best in class efficiency metrics and KPI framework with clear definition of Success (What, Where, How and When)

• Driving innovative solutions – Technology, Processes, Practices. Integrated decision making with inputs from functions like Controllership, Client management, Data Analytics COE etc.

• Simplification / Stabilization of Systems and Processes (GBT, Egencia)

• Development of COEs at Tower level owning E2E processes across FinOps

• Creating value stream mapping of existing E2E processes to establish a recommended To-be model leveraging Technology and Best in class practices

• Prioritization of projects around collection of Past due receivables

• RCA (Root cause analysis) and CAPA (Corrective action Preventive action) of all failure points

Key Qualifications and Attributes:

• Black Belt or relevant Process/Digital Re engineering roles in GBS

• Leading knowledge management practices across GBS global delivery centers

• Possesses excellent presentation and communication skills
