Finance GSP FP&A Job Description

The position is responsible for the support of Finance Planning & Analysis activities related to supplier revenue (part of the Global Supplier Partnerships team, known as GSP).

Located in Gurgaon, India, this position will report directly into a GSP Manager FP&A.

Responsibilities include:

Key support of financial planning & forecasting for Global Supplier Revenue, ensuring budgets & forecasts are robust with risks and opportunities fully understood.

Provide tracking of Month-end financials to ensure variances are understood, and report on actual financial results against targets, to assist in guidance on future trends.

Ensure that reporting is succinct, consistent & insightful for both Month end and weekly.

Collaborate with other finance teams & cross-functional teams including Finance Shared Services, Controllership & the core GSP FP&A team.

Assist in ad hoc financial and data driven analysis.

Drive changes to improve and automate processes where possible.

Ensure alignment with Sox compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

CA finalist or part qualified/qualified preferred

Proven experience in financial planning, accounting, reporting & Proficient user of finance software.

Strong financial acumen & analytical skills with an ability to work in the detail.

Ability to translate large amounts of data into clear actionable insights.

Advanced Excel skills

Ability to work cross-functionally, Excellent communication skills, with ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization

At least 2 years of experience in FP&A or business partnering roles.

Knowledge of travel industry and trends would be an advantage.
