Key Responsibilities:
Partner with key business and HR stakeholders to drive organizational change, growth and transformation
Provides insight in the creation of the Human Capital Plan for the market and support the execution of the India Human Capital Plan in collaboration with the Centers of Expertise (CoEs)
Co- lead/drive Projects in partnership with HR lead, COE Leads , Business Leaders
Works across business units to provide HR consultation and solutions
Employee & Leader Connect Gather key business, talent and market insights and input for meaningful action planning including various locations
Provide continuous support and coaching to leaders in areas of leadership, performance, talent management, policy and procedure interpretation
Partners with the Talent Acquisition team to build future capabilities to drive GBT business in the market
Support Change Management: Implement sustainable change to drive business results
Drive performance management and coach leaders on driving a high performance culture. Also focus on high performer management & retention
Support related people processes including goal setting, talent planning, year-end processes
Managing employee grievances and issues
Drive employee engagement locally and support global culture change initiatives
Qualifications/Skills Required :
MBA/P.G. with 8 plus years of HR experience
Understanding, awareness of and knowledge of employment laws and labor environment in the market
Demonstrated capability in change management principle, application and execution
Strong project management skills ; a team player with a willingness to go above and beyond
Builds relationships and leverages them to drive outcomes
Ability to work in a matrix environment with strong influencing and conflict-resolution skills
Possesses good business acumen, demonstrating a keen interest in understanding the business, market trends and financial drives in the industries that American Express Global Business Travel competes in
Excellent communication skills; able to tailor messages to the audience
Keen focus on delivering consistent and positive employee experience
Able to deal with ambiguity in shifting and fast paced environments
