How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.

Global Real Estate and Workplace Experience (GREWE) is the global team at Amex that is responsible for the full lifecycle of planning, execution, and operations of Amex offices globally. GREWE supports over 65,000 Amex colleagues and contractors in over eight million square feet of property located in 41 countries. Our real estate portfolio consists of large full-service campuses, office buildings, sales offices and airport lounges. Job Description & Responsibilities:
Own GREWE P&L – accountable to consolidate financial results and drive month end related activities. For example, review accuracy of financials (including accruals), analyze variance vs Last year and latest outlook etc., create business story for senior leadership.
Partner with GSG LFO team during month-end, R&O exercise, LRP, Plan etc.
Pro-actively provide financial analysis for major Global Real Estate projects.
Execute and support leadership towards overall financial planning for GREWE business which includes building Annual Plan, LRP, Plan refresh.
Develop presentations for senior leadership in Finance and also for GREWE business.
Collaborate with Controllership to assess situation driven various accounting/financial impact of topics/issues and work towards its closure.
Conceptualize and partner to develop insightful analytics.
Work on various inhouse reporting tools to create standard & custom reports.
Support various in-house and organizational Transformation Projects.
This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.

Qualifications/Academic Background:
CA/MBA in Finance or any other equivalent degree required.
5 years of relevant work experience in FP&A profile
Ability to handle aggressive deadlines while simultaneously working through multiple tasks.
Strong financial / analytical skills required.
Understanding of finance and accounting principles.
Exposure to Analytics and multiple systems will be a key factor for selection.
Functional skills:
Outstanding problem solver with research-oriented approach.
Exposure to data modeling.
Strong experience in Financial & analytics tools.
Technical skills/Knowledge of platforms:
Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, TM1 and Oracle.
Working knowledge of Big data-Cornerstone, Power BI, Hive, Tableau, Robotics will be an added advantage
Should possess clear understanding of record to report data flow.
Must have strong base of Financial Reporting
