The Diversity Sourcer will provide authoritative advice on develop effective recruiting strategies that enable you to support your team of Talent Sources to drive impact and steer complexity with candidates and recruiting managers throughout the recruiting process and determine areas of opportunity. In this role you’ll build effective relationships with the Director, Recruitment Manager, and recruiting teams to provide input into pipeline management, diverse talent sourcing strategies and real-time feedback on strategy efficiency.
How will you make an impact in this role?
Sourcing Strategy:
Drive the development and delivery of effective strategic diversity sourcing plans with the team and senior level partners.
Create and lead programming to keep pipelined candidates engaged.
Data and Reporting:
Perform analysis on business/ function diversity data to determine appropriate areas of focus and develop appropriate strategies and tools to improve candidate pipelines.
Produce metrics and reports outlining initiatives and results.
Qualifications
Be committed and passionate for diversity, equity, and inclusion for all underrepresented groups.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
5 years of recruiting experience in the staffing industry, recruiting or Corporate HR, preferably with a global organization.
Solid understanding of talent sourcing techniques and knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, LinkedIn Recruiter, Eightfold, and candidate relationship management systems).
Proficient in Microsoft office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Proven passion for diversity and inclusion, and general interest in D&I related issues and developments in the world.
Ability to work independently and with high degree of attention to detail.
Capacity to balance multiple, time-sensitive tasks effectively and work well in a fast-paced environment, with a wide range of professionals.
Strong prioritization skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
