Function Description:

This position is a part of Central Marketing Organization, India Business, Gurgaon. The person would also be responsible for supporting activities related to Internal Acquisitions (Cross Functional Sales Team).

Internal Acquisition – Cross Functional Sales Team

This individual would manage day to day operations of the Internal Acquisition – Cross Functional Sales Team. This individual would be managing a team to ensure seamless handling of key processes including, but not limited to:

• Basic and Supplementary Card Processing & Processing of New Account Acquired through conversion/companion/upgrade of existing American Express Cardmembers

• Automation of processes and fulfillment of short-term marketing offers

• Partner closely with business and drive the team to achieve and exceed business targets. Work as a SPOC for all activities related to CFS, Cross Sell etc.

• Manage daily operations relating to the team including, coaching, training, escalation handling. Also manage the administrative operations including leaves etc.

Technical:

• Experience in operating as a process owner and driving results

• Ability to deliver results in a fast paced and highly matrix environment

• Ability to manage multiple and complex work streams and work across departmental boundaries and deliver a diverse set of initiatives that result in transformational outcomes.

• Hands on experience with internal systems such as NASP, G

• , GSP, IVU, WCC, GNA, CLIC, Corner stone, would be an added advantage

Qualifications

Education & Past experience:

• 3 years of work experience in a leadership role with a bachelor’s/master’s degree is preferred

• Knowledge of credit card products offered by American Express India would be a plus
