We are looking for an Office Administrator for HR and day-to-day office administration activities for our office in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. ResponsibilitiesPut together a recruitment plan by working closely with management and execute the plan – Key activities will require finding ways to attract software development staff, conducting preliminary screening and tests, and all HR related tasks. Manage all daily operational activities of the Vadodara office and ensure that the office runs efficiently and smoothly. Operational activities include but not limited to light bookkeeping, bank related tasks, office supplies, facilities management, and travel arrangements.RequirementsMinimum: Graduate in any discipline with 2-4 years working in the Hi-Tech sector. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Technical Recruitment experience is a plus. Technical writing skills a plus Must have enough technical skills to screen software candidates. 2+ years of experience in office administration for a small/medium firm Must have proficiency with MS Office & should able to communicate effectively with clear, concise written messages through e-mails. Detail and deadline oriented.
