Function Description Preparation of Bank Holding Company regulatory filings (e.g.FR2052A, 2314/Y-11, FR Y-9LP, TFC3, Call report, etc.) to the United States Federal Reserve Bank of New York (Federal Reserve) and assist in preparation of related reports as required. Role will also include preparation and filing of DOC, SEC & local reporting filings. The incumbent will have the opportunity to gain a rewarding experience in the highly visible and critical area of regulatory reporting for American Express subsidiaries along with exposure to Liquidity Reporting New Rule Implementation Project. These quarterly/monthly filings report certain financial and non financial information in accordance with the applicable Federal Reserve and other authoritative guidance at both the Consolidated American Express Co. and at the subsidiary legal entity levels. This individual will be exposed to American Express systems & processes and will work with several internal & external groups outside of Controllership/Finance (including senior leaders of the Company) during the course of these filings. Responsibilities- This position will be a part of the Financial Reporting Cluster. It will primarily support the External Reporting function and will be part of Regulatory Reporting team. Past Experience
Academic Background The incumbent should either be Chartered Accountant/an MBA from premier institute with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience or a commerce graduate with 4-5 years of experience in financial accounting & reporting. Experience in US-Regulatory reporting will be preferred. Functional Skills/Capabilities:
