US CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT (VOICE)
- Qualification: – Under Graduate / Graduate
- Experience: – 6 Months of experience preferred in the same domain
- Should be open for flexible shifts.
- Support to Utility Company Based on East Coast
- Work from Office – Bangalore (Brookfield)
- Technical background not required
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Should be aware about US culture
- Receiving calls from US customers regarding Billing queries, Complaints and Payment related
- Should have excellent communication skills (Versant 4/5)
- Making sure that the customer’s issues are attended and all of their concern are resolved immediately
- Ensure that the customer’s confidential information is properly protected and only used for official purposes.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
