Experience: Minimum 3 – 5 Years

Job purpose

Operation, Monitoring & DV Test executions using different Lab equipment’s like Environmental Chambers, EMI/EMC, Electro Dynamic shakers, Salt spray chamber, RPS, DSO, Electronic Load, Etc

Duties and responsibilities

Testing experience in Power Electronics and Automotive Electronics

Experience with Test Equipment/facilities such as Environmental Chambers, EMI/EMC, Electro Dynamic shakers, Salt spray chamber, RPS, DSO, Electronic Load, DMM, etc

Knowledge in Environmental & Reliability testing of automotive components

Understanding of EUT specs/architecture and test requirements from concerned departments to perform tests effectively

Good Knowledge of Automotive electronics products like DC-DC, OBC, BMS,DC Fast Charger

He should be able to do identify the Bugs & report them to the In-charge

Experience in Component Functional Check, Inspection

keep track of all the records of testing,Bugs, Parts changed, etc

Knowledge in test software, product software, LabVIEW, Bus master, CANeo, PCAN

Setting up the Test up’s for all the DV tests as per the Plan

Test data analysis & report generation

Hands-on experience in Thermal, Mechanical, Electrical & EMI/EMC tests according to the standards

Collaborate with R&D engineers in the development of test requirements specifications (TRS) with a strong emphasis on standardization across multiple product lines

Good knowledge of IS, ISO, IEC, CISPR, AIS standards

Ensure compliance to electrical safety procedures & rules are strictly adhered to while performing electrical tests

Qualifications

Diploma/BE in Electricals /Electronics/Mechatronics – 3Nos

Working conditions

Shall be willing to work in different shifts
