Primary Purpose: The role would be a part of Corporate Accounts function.

Key Accountabilities/Activities:

TECHNICAL & BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCY

• Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems.
• Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units.
• Experience working with and creating databases and dashboards using all relevant data to inform decisions.
• Experience using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, increasing revenue and other key business outcomes.
• Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent understanding of accounting, taxation, handling audits (statutory & tax), TDS and matter related to the finance and accounts.

JOB DESCRIPTIONHandling cross-functional projects using required data and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.

• Ensuring monthly closure of books by completing all relevant entries in books of accounts pertaining to each month and then preparing the appropriate & accurate MIS reports to submit to the management on time.
• Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.
• Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting with comprehensive policies and processes.
• Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, technology, sales, marketing and project-wise teams.
• Develop and implement quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory requirements.
• Preparing the financial statements/data for audit/others and CMA Data for borrowings as and when needed.
• Managing the organization’s account books to keep a record of Cash Flow to assess spending and comparing the same with budget to track & control and determine areas to improve.
• Evaluating Financial Documents to determine if a project is an advisable investment based on current market trends and stated business objectives
• Reviewing Financial History by studying the company’s financial statements to determine what future actions to take.
• Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.

Work Relations:

Internal:

• Internal functions and Management for discussion of MIS, Projects, reports, reply to queries etc.

External:

• Statutory Auditors for liaising on Statutory Audit related matters
• Banks for routine bank related matters
• Consultants and Vendors as and when needed

Qualification:

• Bachelor of Commerce, C.A.

Experience:

• Preferred Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Finance and accounting.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹80,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
