Anar App Hiring for Quality Lead at Remote Full Time

This is a remote position.

The Quality lead is responsible for successful delivery and growth of the quality team which aligns with the Software Development Life Cycle we have

The Quality lead will also participate in driving the roadmap of our Engineering team, along with other tech leads. Ensuring alignment with the engineering team and amongst team members is critical.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience leading Quality assurance engineers (both automation and manual)

• Should have previously hired Quality engineers

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with automation (Setting up automation, creating test cases, writing test scripts and executing them with any automation suite)

• A minimum of 1 year of experience with manual testing

• Must be able to figure out tools required for a Test Suite and set them up and ensure they are being used properly.

• Must ensure test plans are made, maintained and executed

• Must ensure defects are communicated effectively and well maintained

• Must be able to plan what needs to be automated and guide the team to ensure maximum test coverage – Should be able to reduce the time taken for testing with this

• Must be able to estimate the effort required, plan, monitor and ensure execution of the Quality team for every task being developed

• Must be able to ensure effective execution and proactive communication in the Quality team overall

• Must proactively monitor, document and prioritize issues in Production

• Must ensure Production bugs are minimized

• Must ensure that the Quality team is motivated and aligned

• Must ensure that the Quality team has enough bandwidth and hire to grow the team if needed.

• Must be able to make use of various monitoring and alerting system and ensure that they are working fine and don’t break

• Must be able to coach team members and ensure that they grow professionally

• Must be able to think on systems and figure out what can grow wrong where and monitor breakpoints
