Job Description

We are looking for a Woman Academic head for our online platform. One should be able to support colleagues as they strive to deliver inspiring and innovative approaches to teaching and learning through your contributions to training and the provision of advice and guidance. You will be working independently and as part of our team, and will be developing and delivering learning and teaching-related activities.Roles and Responsibilities

• Support in conducting Interviews and recruitment of teachers for required courses.
• Work with the Academic team to Plan faculty meetings, orientations, training and workshops.
• Develop and implement the curriculum as per the requirements
• Develop educational processes and policies to meet curriculum goals.
• Provide training to faculty on the latest instructional technology and technique.
• Develop unique and interactive educational programs and courses for students.
• Develop and implement faculty development programs.
• Develop and implement academic enhancement programs for students..
• To take responsibility for the academic quality and execute classes that meets students’ needs and expectations.
