Responsibilities and dutiesGenerate memos, emails and reports when appropriateProvide administrative support to teamAssume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copiers – fax – Scanning machinesMaintain office supplies by checking inventory and order itemsMaintaining office records – both digital as well as physical.Performing basic bookkeeping/clerical dutiesCoordinate in consolidating and putting together pre-prepared documents for Board Meetings or for submissions to other parties.Coordinate travel bookings for in-house team and for Board members as well.Overall be responsible for the smooth functioning of the office.Vendor managementPrepare regular reports on expenses and office budgetsMaintain a firm calendar and schedule appointmentsDistribute and store correspondence (e.g., letters, emails, and packages)Arrange travel (domestic and international) including accommodation, transport, scheduling meetings across time zones etc.Organize and schedule in-house and external events, make restaurant reservations for client meetingsManagement and coordination of Employee Cab-facility processRole-based responsibilities as requiredQualifications and skillsBachelor’s degree preferred.Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar roleProficiency in MS Office is a mustAbility to analyse and revise operating practices to improve efficiencyDetail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environmentExceptional communication skillsSuperior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely mannerQuick-thinking, planning, coordinating, and executing skillsOnly Male (Local) candidates may applyJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 08390357705Expected Start Date: 13/04/2023
