Position Name : Assistant Store In-charge

Qualification : ITI (Mechanical/Electrical)

Require male candidate

Job responsibilities :

1. To make data entry in Tally Prime related to GRN/MRN.

2.To make data entry in Tally Prime related to Intent for Store.

3. To make data entry in Tally Prime related to issue slip for Store Material.

4.Keep record of purchase order with GRN/MRN and submit with Accounts Department for finalization.

5. To take & record physical stock for high values items on monthly basis.

6. Maintains a filling system and protects confidential customer information

7. Perform regular backups to ensure data prevention.

8. Can use basic equipment (Photocopy Machine, Facsimile Machine etc.)
9. Maintain satisfactory level of quality and productivity as per departmental standards.
10. Complete additional assigned task as required.

11. Keep information confidential.

12. Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malefactions.
