Customer Support
Designation: Executive & Sr. Executive
Department : Customer Support
Required good communication skills, should be able to converse in English, Hindi, Tamil / Telugu.
(Multilingual will be preferred)
Fluent conversation skills in Hindi & English Is must.
Job responsibilities
Need to answer customers queries through voice services, inbound / outbound.
Address the customer mails to provide appropriate resolution on time.
Understanding the customers requirement and respond promptly.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Maintain documentation of customer inquiries and responses for future reference
Handle dissatisfied customers in a polite and professional way.
Answering customers’ queries on the product.
