What you’ll do:
Build, Deploy, and Manage Windows Servers in a VMware based virtual environment at multiple sites.
Manage Active Directory functions such as group policy enhancements, DNS, and roles
MS Exchange 2013/2016 on-premises and Cloud
MS Office 365 administration
Support Windows based server applications.
Tune workloads and resources as needed.
As the first point of contact for Infrastructure, monitor the help desk queue and respond to tickets in a timely manner
Act as backup to Desktop Support team including working helpdesk tickets as needed
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
At least 2 to 4 years of experience as a Windows Admin
Experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
Experience in a level 1 technical support role strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Windows server 2012, 2016 and 2019.
Windows Patch Management and Server Hardening
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills that allow successful interaction with all areas of the organization and with clients.
Solid interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to develop and maintain productive relationships.
Works independently and proactively with minimal direction/supervision.
Customer service focus; positive attitude, exemplify the Purchasing Power’s Super Powers
Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and commitment to quality.
Flexibility and sensitivity to detail and deadlines in a multitasking environment.
