Job Title : Head – Government Affairs

Department: Business Development

Location: New Delhi

Key Responsibilities :

• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related degree with prior work experience in PPP Consulting / Infrastructure. Prior experience in Healthcare / Big4 firms will be an advantage
• Knowledge of tracking relevant tenders from subscription based / open source / government run e procurement portals
• Demonstrated projects experience of working with different departments under Government of India.
• Experience of driving complete proposal preparation with online and offline submission on Government of India eprocurement portals for Central ministries, State governments, Public sector undertakings
• Hands-on experience of eprocurement bid submissions, coordination with key departments, eprocurement helpdesk for queries resolution
• Prior knowledge of drafting and submitting proposals for PPP (Public-Private partnership) projects by responding to active tenders
• Effective on-ground coordination with internal and external stakeholders before and after Pre Bid meeting for healthy response to government tenders
• Analyze long-term market trends for the purpose of providing recommendations to leadership and management across the business in regard to business development opportunities
• Experience of analysing Project P&L, Cash flows and IRR and provide recommendations on financial feasibility of the projects
• Assists departmental leaders and managers in driving and optimizing improvement of key value levers that will give the business a sustainable competitive advantage.
• Good working knowledge of MS office tools – word, excel and PowerPointpresentation
• Good written, verbal communication skills.

Requisite Skills

• Age: 32 – 38 years
• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree; Masters Preferred MBA – Finance or relevant PG programs
• Experience required: 9 – 12 years
• Extremely effective written and verbal communication of the English language
• Travel – 50% Monthly
