Roles and Responsibilities of Office Boy (Peon)

• Perform the role of office boy and also visit places to collect and submit documents forms, printing materials, cheque etc.
• Preparing and serving Water, Coffee & Tea for Directors, Staff & Visitors.
• Should be able to prepare tea.
• Performing general office peon duties.
• Helping the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties.
• Organize and control kitchen and office material storage, keeping track of material consumption.
• Make sure the office premise is clean.
• Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.
• Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees.
• Visiting clients for documentation.
• Able to take Xerox, printout, fax, etc.
• Filing of papers in proper files, must able to maintain.
• Attend phone calls, SMS, receive & dispatch post / courier etc., Notary works, Bank works
• Should report daily to Admin Manager/HR Manager.
• Supporting all the staff members of the office.
• Should be always available when the office staff member calls for any work.
• Job Location: Mahape MIDC, Ghansoli
• Secondary(10/12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹10,000.00 per month
