Post – Sr Engineer -Injection Molding

Department – Production and PPC

Jab Location – Ranjangon MIDC , Pune

Experience- 7 to 10 + year

JD As Follows –

In injection Molding and Injection molding process setup.

• Experience in leading production team.

• Contractual Manpower handling and Shop Floor Management

• Production planning, Manpower Planning

• Handling injection molding related documentation

• Ensure process as per SOP
• Production As plan
• Handling Production shopfloor

Plastic injection molding processing.

· Injection molding machine operations.

• Achieve Production Target as per Plan

• New mold trial, setup with any material.

• 5S implementation, Lean Kaizen continuous Improvements

• Troubleshooting, Process optimization & Rejection Control

• Root cause Analysis and Problem Solving

• Audit Documentation like IATF / ISO related all documents & Handing customer audit

• Bench marking manufacturing practice. Lean manufacturing techniques.

· Responsible for implementation of EMS & OHSAS . Improvements in processes, methods,

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
