• Good knowledge on ITIL, Change management and Service Management process
• Knowledge of ServiceNow
• Good documentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft’s Word and Excel

Role Location: RMZ EcoWorld, Bangalore

Role Type: Analyst

Shift Schedule: Regular

To work along with Change team to review compliance of change orders, provide governance on changes, Interact with & support change owners, service managers and other change management stakeholders. To ensure changes are implemented with standard lead times and minimum impact to Business

About You

To grow and be successful in this role you will ideally bring the following:

Certifications:
ITIL v3

Essential skills:
Stakeholders interaction on daily basis.

Need to handle Stakeholders queries and be able to resolve any issues arising.

An understanding of the change process

Handle end- to- end Change requests with utmost efficiency.

Ensure that all the required Approvals are in place before the submission of Changes.

Partners with Change Coordinators to review all changes and ensure that risk and impact assessment are done according to our defined procedures. Makes decisions regarding risks and changes that could have Business impact.

Need to manage high volume on day to day basis.

To provide operational support ensuring KPIs and SLA are achieved.

Relevant Experiences:
5 to 6 Years in managing ITIL processes with at least 3 Years in change management

Soft Skills:
Good documentation skills

ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 Foundation certification

Desired Skills:
Good Communication, Leadership skills, Analytical skills, Presentation skills, Ability to work under pressure
