ANZ Banking Group Hiring for Subject Matter Expert at Bangalore Full Time

To support the lending functions of ANZ Wholesale Lending Operations units. Duties include Loans processing, Manager Account Reconciliation on a timely and accurate basis. Good customer service ethics is part of this job, putting customers first and delivering operations service that continuously exceeds the internal and external customer’s expectations. The ability to build relationships and networks is essential to achieve this outcome. Problem analysis and solving is required as well as an ability to determine when issues require escalation. Lending knowledge is a requirement.

Manage workflows, SLAs and associated reports

Be a Subject Matter Expert of Lending Operations

Handle escalations

Act as back up of team leader manager

Stakeholder management

Atom Management

Handling KCT and Audit requirements

Problem analysis and solving is required as well as an ability to determine when issues require escalation

Planning, monitoring and managing workflows for delegated portfolios

Reconciliation of journal entries is expected

Review daily exception report and resolve any outstanding items pertaining to teams portfolio

Note: As a business requirement, the candidate with willingness to work in any shift is preferred and flexibility of working hours and accomplish tasks assigned is expected
