Work Description/Role Summary: (Brief 4-5-line description of the role)
Consultant will be primarily responsible for quality, completeness, and standardization of Aon’s customer master records which include secondary research, querying Aon data via SQL queries, as required.
The individual will be the first line of support for Aon business user inquiries, issues, and concerns
The individual will be responsible for alignment of internal transactional accounts to appropriate customer master records (i.e., billing accounts), as well as ongoing maintenance of client account data.

§ Strong understanding of data quality methodologies and ability to analyze impacts of Data Quality Assessments reports on downstream systems.
§ Contribute to requirements specification documents, estimation of time and efforts and project scope documents.
§ Contribute to current project-based activities which include research, querying Aon data via SQL queries, as required
§ Must be able to analyze client data for accuracy, Dun & Bradstreet DUNS assignments, proper legal and custom linkages between parent clients and subsidiaries, as well as other projects that require analysis from time to time.
§ Support Oracle-CRM data related projects including data quality review, analysis and clean up
§ Perform secondary research in Avention/D&B/Public websites for identifying the company’s hierarchy (whether company is Parent, Subsidiary etc.).
§ Should be responsible to perform the validation check of Company related information.
§ Typically, will be working on verification, rule based and decision-based environment.
§ Coordinate with business unit leaders, particularly marketing liaisons and billing centers for Oracle on boarding and administration requirements.

- Work with immediate Manager in driving and implementing Operations stabilization & Change initiatives.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements:
- Good communication & language skills in both written and verbal English
- Exposure to CRM Tools or Databases desired
- Research skills.
- MS office suite.
- Exposure to any CRM application desired
- Basic skills in SQL queries and exposure to database environment
