Royal Enfield motorcycle dealership situated at Alampur, Howrah seeking suitable Customer Relation Executive. Candidates with good communication skills and are conversant with computers please apply. Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer on call, email and web
- Apprise Customer and answer customer queries
- Complaint management
- Feedback collection
- Generate Sales Leads
- Create and maintain maintain records; update as necessary.
- Generate MIS reports

Salary: ₹10,200.00 – ₹11,600.00 per month
