Full Job Description
Royal Enfield motorcycle dealership situated at Alampur, Howrah is seeking for Service Center Manager. The manager job role includes handling customer’s complaints and technician team on the floor of the workshop. He will be responsible for workshop discipline, upkeep and training and management of the technical team.
Key responsibilities: Repair Process, Team Handling & Customer Complaint handling.
Candidates with good communication skills and conversant with computers please apply. Candidates with prior experience in automobile industry preferred. Candidates within 5 kms of office or having own conveyance please apply.
