Job Description:

· CAD concept generation for Automotive interior parts (IP, DP, CC, Exterior)

· Complete CAD detailing of interior trim parts

· Interface modeling and implementation

· Team Center data release

· Assembly and layout preparation as per program requirement

· Checking for tooling and manufacturing feasibility

· Class A surface check and feedback

· Homologation check for interior trim parts

· Need to follow product standards and guidelines

· Customer constraints and specifications.

· Applicable regulations and legislation

· Ensure process feasibility of the product design and A-Surfaces

· Need to do program delivery planning and execution

· Maintain team level single list of issues and discuss with team lead for open points

· Implementation of RPS, GD&T

· Part Checking for kinematic and clash analysis

General Competencies:

· Knowledge of interior trim parts

· Knowledge of plastic manufacturing and part tooling requirements

· Good communication

· Good team player

· Experience in issue resolution methods

· TCUA experience and Drawing knowledge will be added advantage

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Working experience in CATIA V5 & UGNX

· Knowledge of interior trim parts

· Knowledge of plastic design and modeling

· Knowledge of materials used in interior trim parts

· Experience in concept and master section generation

· Knowledge of RPS, GD&T and Perceived Quality

· Basic knowledge of DFMEA

· Knowledge of DFA and DFM

· PC Literacy: Microsoft Project, Power Point, Excel, Word etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
