As a Billing Manager in AppleCare Finance organization, you will spearhead the billing operations and take ownership of end-to-end AppleCare billing process from compiling transactions by billing period and partner account to creating invoices and sending invoices to AppleCare partners. You will be managing a team of analysts and responsible for supporting partner billing, troubleshooting billing issues, and implementing/ accommodating new billing processes.

Key Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience
• 2+ years of experience leading a team of analysts in a leadership role
• Proven experience presenting directly to leadership on a regular basis
• Good MS Excel skills and experience with Tableau and financial/ billing systems a plus
• Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Cross-functional partnership and collaboration skills
• Ability to take ownership and learn things quickly
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, ambiguous environment

Description

AppleCare Finance (Billing team) is looking for a highly motivated individual to manage AppleCare billing process. This is a great opportunity that entails the following responsibilities: – Be the billing point of contact for all the AppleCare billing related items – Gather all transactions by billing period & partner account – Compute amount owed by partner based on billing rule unique per partner – Send summary billing amount with individual transactions to AppleCare partners and seek internal/ partners’ approvals to proceed with the billing – Create Invoice documents and send to partner – Review invoices to ensure billing accuracy and reconcile invoices to resolve any discrepancies – Maintain and update billing process documentation

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Information Technology. MBA Preferred
