As a Research Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting scientific research, designing experiments, analyzing data, and providing insights to drive innovation and advancement in your respective field. You will work in a collaborative environment, either within an academic institution, a corporate research and development department, or a government research agency. Your work will contribute to the development of new knowledge, technologies, and solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Conducts work in safe, respectful, and ethical manner.

Perform investigations and technology developments with minimal supervision.

Identify new raw materials and other functional specifications to meet project objectives.

Perform chemical reactions to develop innovative materials.

Interacts and effectively communicates with cross functional team members.

Critically execute processes and procedures of technology projects.

Participates in the scale up from original design to production.

Conduct and troubleshoot materials and processing problems.

Document and provide project update reports, present results to peers and supervisor/manager either orally or in writing.
