At Aquatint Auto Detailing Studio LLP, sales drive our success. As a tele-sales representative in our sales department, you will be responsible for winning over customers and meeting ambitious sales goals. From identifying potential leads to nurturing prospective customer relationships and diverting the leads across multiple stores, you’ll play an integral role in helping our Auto detailing services be successful. You will also stay ahead of industry trends and leverage efficient sales tactics to broaden our customer base.

We are seeking an individual with an authentic passion for the Aquatint Detailing. The ideal candidate will share our company values of honesty, transparency, and a commitment to customer satisfaction—and can broadcast these values to the world. Our working hours are 10.30am – 7.30pm (Thursday is a weekly off) and the role offers performance bonuses.

Objectives of this Role

• Close leads to expand our customer base
• Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to month-over-month growth
• Position our company as the category and industry leader
• Improve our time spent winning and closing sales

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Attending / Calling new leads
• Present and upsell company offerings to new customers
• Provide a daily summary of calls and lead status
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports

Skills and Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Strong communication skills
• Confidence and a knowledge of sales best practices
• 2-3+ years’ experience maintaining client relationships
