Job Summary:

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Establishes internal controls on accounting transactions and budget preparation.
• Monitoring the day to day transaction in tally software ensuring that all entries recorded
• properly.
• Import/Export management, submission of BoEs, SBs etc.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and other government requirements.
• Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
• Manage and coordinate tax audits.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all GST /TDS/TCS returns for Company/Group company
• Branch and intercompany account reconciliation.
• Cash Flow and fund flow reports preparation monthly basis with daily update.
• Perform internal audit on quarterly basis.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
• Co-ordinate between buyers and sellers
• Co-ordinate between factory and transporters for dispatch
• Co-ordinate with Sales Team
• payment follow up
• Payroll processing
• knowledge of direct and indirect tax
• Petty cash handling
• P&l and balance sheet
• Billing and way bills

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in accounting and tax preparation software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Tally Prime
• Languages- Hindi, English , Kannada

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From ₹40,000.00 per month
