Overview

It’s time to add to our Customer Success Team! We are looking for an enthusiastic Logistics Billing Specialist who fits with our company culture and is excited to make earnings through logistics process.

Essential Functions

• Data entry of freight bills/bill of lading on client’s terminal/software.
• Quality checking and correction of incoming Bill of Ladings with attention to discrepancies.
• Audits bill of lading to ensure billing requirements are met.
• Accurate data entry between multiple operating systems and reports.
• General knowledge of export & import terms and processes.
• Maintain & deliver consistent outputs with utmost accuracy.
• Initiate best practices; develop efficiency improvements.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field (tech & finance preferred). Diploma and certification in logistics/supply chain management would be a plus
