Knowledge of Customer Experience parameters
Knowledge of Allied business (Accessories, Automotive Insurance, Finance Process and Used Car Business etc)
General awareness of Indian Auto Industry brands, products, segments, new launches, market size etc
Identification of training needs of various role-holders in the organization
Impart training to his/her dealership employees on Induction, product and process
Preparation of the monthly training calendar
Induction training of new joinees within 15 days
