We are looking for SENIOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE who has excellent communication skills and English language skills.

NOTE : Candidates from Chandigarh,panchukula, Mohali and Zirakpur are preferable.

PROFILE : SENIOR CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Managing the Customer Support Team.
• Responsible for the training & development of new joinees in the department.
• Monitoring the performance of the team.
• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
• Provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and record details of complaints.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE :

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Excellent Team handling skills.
• Candidate must be graduate in any discipline.
• Candidate must have a Result Driven approach.

OTHER HIGHLIGHTS :

SALARY : 20000-30000 Per Month

EXPERIENCE : 1 to 3 years

ELIGIBILITY : Male and Female both can apply

SHIFT : Night Shift

TIMINGS : 7 PM-4 AM

WORKING DAYS : 5 days working with Sat and Sun Fixed Off
