Job Description

:
o Develop Creative and Engaging Social Media Strategies
o Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as
LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and YouTube with
adapting content to suit different channels
o Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling
tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite and Asana.
o Create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms with help
from In-House and Design and Content Team.
o Develop, Launch and Manage New Competitions and Campaigns to
promote Bloom CAP as Brand and Its Products
o Form Key Relationship with Social Media Influencers across the Social Media
Platform
o Undertake Audience Research
o Manage Social Media Communities by responding to Social Media Queries,
Post, and discussions
o Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms
using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
o Research and Evaluate the latest trends and techniques to find new and
better ways of measuring social media activity.
o Analyse competitor activity and recommend improvements to increase
performance
o Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
o Manage Budget for Social Media Campaigns
o In House Staff Training on Social Media
o Coordination with In- House Design and Content TeamRequired Qualifications:
o Any Graduate in any discipline, Marketing, Public Relations and Mass
Communications Graduates will be given preference
o Should have excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
Language
o Candidate with Copywriting background will be given preference
o A Diploma or Degree in Social Media Marketing is highly preferred
o 3-4 Years of Experience in Handling Big Projects and Brand EstablishmentSalary
