Job Description:
End to end Recruitment for the IT and NON-IT Industry
Recruitment of junior and middle-level positions.
Handling entire recruitment cycle for IT and NON-IT
Using all job portals in the recruitment industry.
Referencing and Mapping with the candidates for the urgent closures.
Negotiating with the candidate if required after the offer rolls out.
Arranging the telephonic interview with the candidates.
Mass Mailing and job posting for receiving the maximum resume for the various profiles.
Maintaining an internal database for the future references
