Our dynamic Human Resources team at Arise is looking for a Recruiter who will report into the Director of Talent Operations and will drive the recruitment and hiring efforts. The ideal candidate is personable, driven, and excited to partner with our People Leaders to help them hire top talent. What you will take on:
Partner with People Leaders across the organization to identify their current staffing needs and drive the recruitment and hiring process
Post and review job applications through our Applicant Tracking System
Conduct passive candidate recruitment via networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other outlets
Provide an exceptional candidate experience through engaging, thorough, and timely conversations with prospective candidates
Assess candidates based on skills, behaviors, and experience required for roles
Maintain robust pipeline of top talent for evergreen roles
Conduct negotiations with candidates and draft offer letters
Maintain consistent communication with People Leaders and Hiring Managers
Monitor and ensure recruiting success metrics are captured and achieved
Monitor effectiveness of existing recruitment and hiring processes and submit proposed solutions to Director
Adopt and implement new methods for assessing and ensuring quality of hire
Partner with HR team to ensure smooth and efficient onboarding of new hires
Partner with HR team to reimagine and conduct new hire orientation
Partner with Director to reimagine and implement improved recruitment processes and forms
Our new team member will need:
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Strong sense of urgency and comfortability working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions
Openness and receptivity to change in a high growth environment
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong organization and time-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
3+ years of experience working with applicant tracking systems and affirmative action plan requirements
Experience in all areas of sourcing such as the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, and job postings
Recent experience recruiting in multiple discipline areas and levels, including hiring for nonexempt, exempt, and leadership positions
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
