Summary
We are looking for a driven and talented Sr. Tech Lead to work on one of the most successful social casino applications of all time. We need a lead engineer who enjoys the challenge of creating features that push gameplay to the next level, cares deeply about the player experience, and values excellence in software engineering. As a lead engineer you will own the technical quality of our slots engine, written in JavaScript and PHP. You will architect and implement key framework enhancements that improve the development of slot machines across multiple studios. As a mentor, you will lead by example in creating architecture design documents, class and execution flow diagrams, and code reviews that set the quality bar for the team. As an individual contributor, you will work with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements and guide your team in building robust, reusable, scalable code.

What you’ll do
Expert working knowledge of JavaScript
Expert knowledge of OOP, SOLID, functional programming, and design patterns for writing highly reusable, clean code
Experience developing mobile applications with active live operations
Experience estimating effort and splitting tasks with other engineers
Has architected features using architecture design documents, class and code execution flow diagrams
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Detail-oriented, motivated, self-starter that works well independently
6+ years of experience
