Full Job Description
Manage business development, external partnerships and overall revenue growth.
Develop strong relationships with leading companies in condition monitoring, IIoT sensor manufacturers around the world for technology transfer as well as on-board them as partners.
Use knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Collaborate with product & marketing teams to integrate partner solutions and increase partner transactions.
Work closely with relevant ecosystem partners to develop long term strategies and drive exponential growth
Provide market feedback to regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate development ideas.

QUALIFICATIONS
MBA or PGDM degree from premium institutes like IIMs /NITIE /ISB /FMS /MDI /IIFT/XLRI/XIMB.
Min 7 years of experience in Business development
Must be start-up enthusiast.
Self-motivated with a positive mindset. Ability to work independently.
Passion for meeting new people and building relationships.
Skills in strategic, focused and low-cost marketing
Skills in creative and innovative designing
Interested in field visits and real-time problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, multi-task, and work in tight deadlines
