Full Job Description
Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services.
Develop and coordinate the company sales, sales selling cycle and methodology.
Promote a personal and organizational brand that sets our services apart from our competitors.
Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
Plan and coordinate public affairs, and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach.
Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.

QUALIFICATIONS
MBA or PGDM degree from premium institutes like IIMs /NITIE /ISB /FMS /MDI /IIFT/XLRI/XIMB.
Min 7 years of experience in sales and marketing (B2B Segment).
Must be a start-up enthusiast.
Self-motivated with a positive mindset. Ability to work independently.
Passion for meeting new people and building relationships.
Skills in strategic, focused and low-cost marketing
Skills in creative and innovative designing
Interested in field visits and real time problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, multi-task and work in tight deadlines
