Urgent opening for Purchase Executive

Experience- 1-2 yrs of experience
Company- Transvision Shipping Pvt. Ltd.
Location- Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
Salary – Depends on Interview

Job Description :

· Handling pricing, key accounts, nomination biz

· Coordinate with all s/line, Nvo for the rates and other issues, if any.

· Coordinate with major agents for rates & shipment follow up.

· Customers follow up on service level, sometime personal visit too.

· Visit with sales to the customer for convincing them for the biz.

· Follow up with Sales for daily bookings/targets/customer requirements to covert in biz, weekly meetings with staff.

· Follow up with Customer for other biz. Like custom clearance/ dock stuffing shipment/air & other free hand shipment.

· Preparing reports.

· Self-correspondence & communication with overseas agents, Shipping

Lines & Customers.

· Follow up with accounts for o/s and then take up with respective sales and customer, if need personal visit to the customer.

· Guidance / support to colleagues as & when they require.

· Follow-up payments /collections to/from shipping line/Customer as per agreed terms

Customer Service NVOCC and Freight Forwarding

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
