To achieve our vision, our mission is to build strong foundational literacy in English and other subjects i.e, maths, social studies, and science for students up to the 10th grade, and advanced courses (JEE, NEET) for the students of 11-12th standard. It’s personalized and tailor-made coaching which is given either on one to one basis or in a group. All the faculty members are well qualified and experienced in their own forte.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Candidates with B.Com / M.Com / MBA from premier institutes with 1 to 3 years of experience in teaching in reputed institutes.
2. Excellent communication skills in English and a charismatic personality are a must. Exposure to taking live online sessions are an added advantage.
3. The teachers who have innovative approach in teaching will be given preference.
What will you be doing?
- Join us as a home tutor (one-to-one classes)
- Conduct teaching sessions at the student’s home in Bhopal (offline session)
- Evaluate assignments and unit tests.
- Guide and train students at all levels to help them improve their scores
- Share ideas and innovative methods of teaching
- Support peer teachers by contributing to the team’s learning and development
- Must teach students with the current pattern of boards i.e., MCQs based and conceptual question based teaching.
Who are we looking for?
- Excellent knowledge of the respective subjects.
- Good pedagogical skills. Prior teaching experience would be an added advantage.
- Good logical thinking and aptitude skills. Candidates with a creative bent of mind will be desired.
- Ability to drive discussion-driven personalized classes.
- Ability to collaborate and work across the team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiastic to work in a growing start-up environment with tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Minimum 2 Years teaching experience preferred (Not mandatory)
