Hi,

We are hiring for HR Executive / Trainee for Talent acquisition profile.

Only Graduate Fresher

Our Location – Bicaji Cama Place

Responsibilities Include

  • Screening candidates for various IT and non-IT profiles (as per the requirement)
  • Sharing job description and rating the candidate based on various parameters as per the job description
  • Conducting telephonic rounds
  • Following up with the candidates for interviews and sharing the interview schedules with them
  • Updating the daily tracker and MIS reports
  • Taking regular feedbacks, once the candidate has joined the respective company
  • Following up with the candidates for joining formalities
  • Following up with the candidates for offer letter
  • Preparing the questionnaire as per the profile
