Responsibilities Include
- Screening candidates for various IT and non-IT profiles (as per the requirement)
- Sharing job description and rating the candidate based on various parameters as per the job description
- Conducting telephonic rounds
- Following up with the candidates for interviews and sharing the interview schedules with them
- Updating the daily tracker and MIS reports
- Taking regular feedbacks, once the candidate has joined the respective company
- Following up with the candidates for joining formalities
- Following up with the candidates for offer letter
- Preparing the questionnaire as per the profile
