Location: Remote
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Sourcing profiles from various job portals
- Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
- Screening and shortlisting relevant candidates
- Client Management and Co-ordination
- Handle Non-IT Hiring Requirements
- Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)
- Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire
- Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication
Qualification and Experience:
- Any graduate with excellent communication skills
- English Proficiency (Spoken)
- Well versed with job portals
- Well versed with various sourcing techniques.
- Minimum 1 yr experience in Non-IT recruitment
- Experience in mid to senior-level hiring
