Job Title: Team Leader (Automobile Industry)

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Leader in the automobile industry. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of automobile sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of automobile technicians to ensure they perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure they are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Monitor the performance of team members and provide coaching and training as required to improve performance.
• Identify areas for improvement in team performance and implement changes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Liaise with other departments and teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Keep up to date with industry developments and changes to ensure that the team is knowledgeable and skilled in the latest technologies and techniques.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Automobile Engineering or any graduate.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automobile industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members.
• Sound knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance procedures and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
